Our certified technicians will create an inventory of all gas fired appliances on site with associated assessment of each piece of equipment.
Our team uses the information collected from the initial assessment to generate a report. This report will include a prioritized written assessment of any remediation required; a quote for CircaDyn services to bring your site up to code; and an action plan for the work that will need to be done.
As per the new regulations, your inclusion in the LEMS program will be prepared by our team. We will prepare all documents and applications required for your company’s annual submission of inventory.
Upon approval, we will book our technicians to return to the site and service the equipment in accordance with the action plan agreed upon for each site.
Our ongoing maintenance program will automatically prompt service requests to ensure compliance objectives are met annually. This is achieved through follow up inspections and maintenance of your company’s submissions into the LEMS database.
